What is a PDR?
PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) is an environmentally friendly repair method that restores a vehicle’s body to perfect condition in a short amount of time for a small cost. The process of using PDR allows our highly skilled techs to fix small dings, dents, and even large dents without needing any refinishing of panels in the body shop. This happens by using specialized tools to access the back of the dent and then massage the metal back to a clean factory finish.
What is a Smart Repair?
Small to Medium Area Repair Technology. It is the process of repairing your vehicle using specialized tools, paint, and material on a localized damaged area. Smart repair avoids the need to remove or repaint the entire panel of the vehicle. Smart repair means that damaged areas can be repaired in hours instead of days or weeks. It dramatically reduces the cost of the repair compared to using a traditional body shop repair.
Should I repair a chip in my windshield?
Even though the damage may seem small, it is imperative to repair windshield chips ASAP. Left unfixed a small chip may turn into a crack that spans across the length of the glass.
Will I be able to see the chip after it’s repaired?
You will see a small puddle where the chip in your glass was. The filler will restore the structural integrity of the glass, but you will most likely still be able to see the outline of the chip. Some chip repairs look better than others depending on the severity.
